It’s not often a perfectly aged big red like this comes along! Winemakers Paul & Ralph have ‘been there, done that’ with some of the most admired wineries in the land and have 65-odd years of combined experience.
Premium Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes from the Barossa and Eden Valley regions went into this deliciously aged example of a premium Barossa Cab Shiraz. 11 months in oak barrels have finished it off in style.
It’s packed with heady flavours of ripe redcurrants and dark juicy plums. You should be able to pick up a floral note as you open the bottle too. Fabulous tannins will grip and linger on your tongue — and you’ll love it for it!

Individual small parcels of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro were selected from right across the full spectrum of the Barossa Valley. This wonderfully showcases both the stunning, iconic region and three very different varieties of grape. Many of the growers are multi-generational, descended from early Lutheran settlers to the Barossa.
The crafting of this drop was done with great care and respect. Grapes were traditionally handled, soft pressed and aged in mostly older French and American oak barrels for almost a year. It was bottled young and fresh.
This GSM has a magnificent, rich aroma with a bright range of red, blue and black fruits wafting out of the glass. It has soft tannins and a delightfully long finish. It’s a wonderful example of a medium bodied, well-rounded Red.

Pristine grapes were hand-picked from a single Heathcote vineyard and fermented in open top vessels to create this generous Shiraz. Maturation in French oak barrels on lees for twelve months has given it extra character before it was bottled, unfined.
Pour a glass and enjoy its heady blackberry and dark cherry scent, with a rich chocolate and black pepper kick. It’s elegant but powerful - thanks to that premium quality fruit - with savoury tannins and a long finish. A wine with a real presence.

This elegant small batch red started life as perfect little grapes from 14-yr-old vines in Woodside, a region of the cool Adelaide Hills of South Australia. It’s been open fermented with some whole bunches added for extra ‘oomph’.
The wine is a super pretty vibrant purple colour, with strawberry and cherry flavours and a soft, velvety and lingering finish on your tongue - extremely satisfying!
Premium Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir fruit, hand-crafted and barrel-matured, at this price = wow! Only 250 dozen were produced, so nab one quick or risk missing out on another of Joffa’s SA wonders.

The 2022 vintage of this wine was proudly selected as a Finalist for 2024 Wine of the Year.
This deep purple beauty from Wrattonbully is a rich full-bodied red with smooth tannins and a powerful aromatic intensity. The combination of warm days, cool nights, and free draining clay soil in this region creates spectacular reds and this is no exception!
The Hoopers take a hands-off approach to winemaking, allowing the grapes to do the talking. They come from a friend's biodynamic vineyard where all the operations are done sustainably. Derek then uses low-intervention winemaking techniques and just 8% oak to increase complexity.
The Shiraz has a distinctive wild blueberry scent and flavors of mulberries and ripe plums. It has a long and pleasant persistence and is perfect for any occasion, whether it's paired with a meal or enjoyed on its own.

Winemakers Nigel Dolan and Caroline Dunn sourced the perfect grapes to craft this wine as a unified, exceptionally talented team. The grapes hail from the celebrated Metala Vineyard in Langhorne Creek, South Australia. Metala is an iconic vineyard that produces delectable, full-bodied fruit.
A rich crimson, this is a plush marriage of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s bursting with juicy mulberry, black cherry and blackberry and a telltale hint of Langhorne Creek Eucalypt. The pair have certainly respected the classic regional flavours, and it has a mouthwatering finish.
It’s a classic Australian, big Red wine. Rich, generous and fruit focused, it also has a decent amount of oak and a beautiful, lingering finish.
