Because of you we have loads of new winemakers applying for Angel funding so I have been tasting lots of wine... it's tough, but someone has to do it.

Blended from 2 beautiful vineyards in the the North East of Victoria; it is a vibrant and enticing wine.
The palate is fresh and lively, with mid-palate texture and crisp acidity giving great length. So easy to drink by itesel, it's also fabulous with delicate seafood dishes and Asian inspired vegetarian meals.

The collaboration of these 2 varieties begins with mixing Shiraz grapes with a fraction of Viognier prior to fermentation. Which delivers lovely plum, white peppercorn spice and cassis.
The tannins are softened with the addition of American Oak but don't think this isn't a big wine, it's full bodied and not one for the faint hearted.

Nigel has crafted a beauty white wine for Angels! This is a very complex wine with layers of flavours, concentration and texture.
Aromas of candy floss, green pea and passionfruit are interlaced with a barrel ferment complexity. The intense fruit palate retains all these characters with the barrel portion adding structure, more layers and enhancing the full body and very long finish.

The parcels were aided by a dry summer and have produced a wine bursting with citrus and herb characters, which all rest on a seamless and refreshing palate.
A favourite amongst our Angels with the 2012 vintage - this vintage has been another hit!

A brand new vintage from Rory Clifton-Parks, the previous vintage of this wine was rated at 91%, impressive! Rory has over 2000 followers and 15,500 ratings so we think he knows a thing or two when it comes to wine.
This wine breathes ripe plum and red berry fruits. There's lovely mint and spice on the nose too. It's a well balanced wine and super smooth.
This wine is superb drinking now but if you want to hold on to it, you can till about 2019. Enjoy!
