Winemaker Brian Fletcher is always very meticulous about selecting grapes for this blend that haven’t had too much direct sunlight, making them full of wonderful, fresh fruit flavours. “Growers are as important to the process as anything,” he explains. “ It’s their grapes you are drinking and I’m the translator.
You first experience the value of this focus when you raise your glass, with vibrant aromas greeting you immediately. Fresh cut grass, a touch of zippy passionfruit icing… this is the perfect Summertime wine.
The first sip confirms everything you hoped for. There’s a lot of bright, zingy flavours right off the top, with a beautiful hint of sherbert to make your mouth water. The Semillon has given this a nice, persistent finish, making it a wonderfully well rounded glass of wine (or glasses!)

Grown in South Australia's cool maritime Limestone Coast from soils that are totally unique. Warm windy days in summer limit berry size for super flavour concentration, and the cooling sea breezes reduce the temperature to retain the natural grape acids during the ripening season.
Machine harvested at night time to retain the fresh flavours, these grapes were destemmed without crushing and pressed as soon as possible to minimise the phenolic and colour extraction from the skins.
Aromas of fresh crisp apple and a delicious hint of rose petals drive through to lip-smacking, mouth-watering flavours of limes, ripe pear and spice. Ahhh, yummm!
