The Adelaide Hills 2016 growing season saw relatively dry conditions, allowing vines to develop without the threat of disease. These conditions continued on throughout the ripening period, with warm days and cool nights allowing outstanding fruit development.

Pear and apple leap from the glass, complimented by a touch of fennel and cinnamon. The aromatic purity and intensity lead to a fresh, svelte palate. Each delightful sip has a floral finish to look forward to - what more could any Pinot Gris lover want!

Andrew brings a new vintage of his Hunter Chardy to those who have loved it in the past and lucky new Angels! A delicious dry white, it has lovely melon and white peach aromas and a bright core of fruit complimented by high quality vanillin oak.
The vineyard this wine is from faces due east and on a steep slope set some 200m above sea level. Easterly oceanic breezes cool the vineyard during the day, while in the evening the sun sets behind the mountains to the west, cooling it again. The climate combined with some inventive winemaking has maximised both palate and aromatic layers for your enjoyment - yum!
