The fruit for this wine was carefully picked by hand, the wine naturally fermented and matured on lees for 10 months in 100% French oak, was then bottled after a light, single filtration.
It shows delicate citrus aromas with hazelnut undertones and hints of toasty oak. Slightly savoury, it displays flavours of fig, a slight nuttiness and delicate oak. Suits delicate, meaty seafood such as scallops or fried John Dory with lemon butter. Is suitable for vegans. Only 250 cases produced.
