This Rebel Merlot is from hand selected parcels of fruit from some lovely, old established vineyards in the Goulburn Valley.
The 2012 Rebel Merlot has a purple red colour. The nose is complex and enticing with ripe red berries, cherries, herbs and spice. The palate is rich, soft and juicy, with plenty of ripe mulberry fruit, spicy oak and a lon, smooth finish.

A winemaker since 2004 and having not only made wine across Australia for West Cape Howe, Yarraman Estate, Domaine Chandon & Piper's Brook just to name a few but also in Italy…
Classic Cabernet! It is very varietal with fruit aromas of black berries and cassis. This wine is soft and textured with velvety tannins and rich plum and liquorice flavours. The flavours seem to go on and on and on after the glass is well empty.
Liz makes wines with attention to detail, passion and commitment, working with individual growers to find the best parcels of fruit. This wine is fantastic value for money, we would have picked this to be double the price & it's all thanks to our angels for making it happen!

From one of our newest winemakers, Rory has been making wine for 6 years now, having first started for Evans and Tate and Boar's Rock in Western Australia.
Shiraz from Margaret River tends to be more spice driven, elegant and structured than the fruit bombs from the Barossa or Mclaren Vale, allowing you to drink more than one glass without having all your senses assulted.
This wine is bursting with sweet red fruits with layers of spice and mocha and it's a bargain at $13.99 for a Margaret River Shiraz.
