Two organically grown vineyards have been the source of this wonderful wine, one 900m above sea level in the Orange wine region and the other in the Central Ranges wine region of Cowra. This allowed Ash to combine classic cool climate Cabernet characters with the warmer Cabernet characters. So, you can thank Orange for the structured body and Cowra for the juicy, rich mid-palate!
