The Sangiovese grape famously comes from Tuscany in Italy. Geoff’s Sangiovese is sourced from a high quality Currency Creek vineyard, 84km south of Adelaide on the edge of the Fleurieu Peninsula.
A good sniff before you sip will let you fully appreciate this tempting medium-bodied red. You’ll be treated to wave of vanilla, wild berries and anise, followed by fig, rose petals and dried cherry. Cranberry, currant, plum, dried flowers and a spicy note develops once on your tongue.

The last vintage has a whopping 97% Buy-It-Again rating - with Angels raving about this stunning wine. Put simply, it’s a classic, gutsy Barossa Shiraz. It’s been crafted using individual small parcels of carefully selected grapes from right around the region, with some very old vines in amongst the mix.
The grapes were traditionally handled in the winery. Open fermented and soft pressed, the wine was aged in older French and American oak barrels for over a year, prior to bottling. It has a lovely dark and brooding richness.
It has a strong tannin spine, but finishes with a beautiful, long softness and has the ability to age for another 10 years. Made by the 2020 Barossa Winemaker of the Year, Stuart Bourne, this is a wine not to be missed!

An organically managed vineyard of 31-year-old, low-yielding vines is where this smooth, sophisticated Pinot Noir begins. In the winery, small batches were fermented using different techniques, giving WA winemaker Coby the freedom to build layers of complexity before bringing everything together. A spell in fine French oak adds subtle spice and harmony, never stealing the spotlight.
The result? A ruby-bright charmer bursting with juicy cherry fruit, a whisper of earthiness, and just enough savoury funk to keep things interesting. Plush and mouth-coating on the palate, it finishes long, silky, and seriously satisfying.
98% of Angels loved the last vintage. "It's one of my absolute favourites," says Coby. "And if you wish to lay this one down, it will be an absolute delight later down the track! I love the end result... just dislike the waiting part."

Adam has sourced fruit from long-term vineyards growers of great provenance at the southern end of the Clare Valley.
Vibrant ruby red. The nose has lifted varietal aromas of blackcurrant, mocha and blood plum, with hints of cigar, bay leaf and thyme. The palate is long, concentrated and ripe with varietal cassis, dark chocolate and dry herb flavours supported by subtle oak, fine acidity and generous, velvety tannin.
Great as a stand alone wine but equally as delicious with anything from pizza to slow-cooked lamb shanks with velvety parsnip puree and delicately roasted baby spring vegetables.
