- Who better to present you with a new mouth-watering option than James-Paul? He sourced the fruit from the heart of golden mile, a belt of exclusive terra rossa soils, and ended up with his vision in a bottle - a medium to full bodied red that is miraculously approachable!
- Handcrafted and seasoned for 24 months with attractive 2-3 year old American oak, the tannins are firm and nicely balanced. There's no doubt you'll keep coming back to this stunner, so stock up while the small batch is still around!
Best before
This wine is approachable now due to the touch of Merlot and Shiraz back blended into the wine prior to bottling. However it will cellar well for 8+ years.
Serving advice
Best to enjoy within 3-5 years to savour the strong regional Cabernet characters.

Meet the winemaker - James-Paul Marin
