The harvest of Heathcote fruit gives the wine a balanced medium weight, while the Dookie region fruit adds pepper and spice. 5% Viognier was co-fermented with the Shiraz.

Filled with juicy red fruits and a dose of spicy character, the subtle sweet oak will keep you filling your glass again and again. Enjoy now or until 2023. Plenty of fruit and tannin intensity paired with a good acidic backbone, will allow it to age gracefully.
