About this case
Randal knows a thing or two about wine. His family has been growing perfect grapes and creating superb wines for three generations. He’s helped plant some of the best vineyards in Australia using his ‘ripper’ technique (a way of getting oxygen deep into the earth).
This cool-climate Chardonnay is classy and crisp, full of fresh fruit flavours. It tastes like white nectarines and apples and whilst not heavy or buttery, there’s a certain richness on the tongue.
This is a great drop at a great price for any time of the year, and especially delish with fish or shellfish. Stock up on a few!
