- Just like a piece of fine art Nigel has perfected every small detail with this glorious Chardonnay, from picking the grapes at night to keep them fresh to fermenting the wine in French Oak with wild yeast. You can taste the complexity in this Chardonnay.
- Similar to great Australian artists this work of art is complex with layers of flavours, concentration and texture. Aromas of peach and mandarin paint your palate while flavours of vanilla cream and Brazil nut pop through.
- The intense fruit palate retains all these fruit characteristics; The fruit is balanced by a complex structure, layers of flavour and integrated French Oak.
