- Talk about going the extra mile..this wine is full of winemaking TLC! The wine was cold soaked for increased extraction of flavour and colour. Your palate will do a happy dance once coated with layers of sweet red berry fruits and a hint of blueberry, all intermingled with cinnamon, vanilla ands spice. Yum!
- The low yielding blocks of fruit that make up this wine lend their natural tannin and maximised flavour to the whole experience. With grapes picked by taste and then crushed delicately to allow whole berries to remain, it's not hard to see why this is truly an Angel favourite. Get in quick while this high rating wine is still here!

Open 2-4 hours prior to serving and decant if possible to allow the layers to open up.

Try slow-cooker BBQ beef brisket with roast onions and potatoes or your own favourite trimmings! Also delicious with Kangaroo medallions or grilled venison ribs.

Meet the winemaker - Rory Clifton-Parks
- Growing up in the beachside suburbs of Perth, Rory Clifton-Parks developed an early love of the salt, sand and sun that his coastal surroundings enveloped him in.
- Rory has been winemaking for 15 years now, having first started working for Evans and Tate and Boar's Rock in Western Australia.
- Rory strives to make high quality wines which reflect the terroir of the region. With some of the best facilites Margaret River has to offer, Rory gets great satisfaction from seeing fruit processed through to the final bottled product.
