Barossa Shiraz 2018: offers dark cherry, plum and spice aromas. Its firm tannins will wrap around your mouth as it lengthens out. Each parcel of fruit was separately open fermented and aged in older French and American oak for almost 2 years.

Barossa GSM 2019: shows off red and black fruit compote aromas with a hint of oak. Lovely soft tannins support the rich and lingering ripe fruit characters. Sourced from a variety of Barossa Valley individual grape grower vineyards, all the fruit is fermented and aged as separate parcels before blending.
