LTD Coonawarra Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
This sophisticated Cabernet showcases the best Coonawarra has to offer - single vineyard, from a great vintage, aged to perfection over 5 years… but there’s very little available. One for the true red wine lover, if they're quick!
Luke selected the best fruit from the best vines in the 60 yr old vineyard where he grew up. Painstaking winemaking has been followed by a long snooze in top notch French oak for 2 years.
This wine just oozes class. Dark berries, intense liquorice and chocolate, and a savoury hit of spice and blackberry cassis. Earthy undertones with leather and tobacco are served up with a long, smooth finish. Just gorgeous.

Hearts & Bones Angeli Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
- Cabernet Sauvignon and Margaret River go hand in hand, and the whole wine world knows it! Renowned for its perfect growing conditions year in year out, there is little wonder that Stuart has hand-selected local grape sites for this show stopper. After the juice spent 24 months in French Oak to integrate the bolder notes, Stuart's labour of love has resulted in a dense drop that is perfect in every way.
- The depth and dimension of the wine's aromas suggest that this is something serious and long living. Your glass will fill with layers of red and blueberries, blackcurrants and a touch of nutty spice. Everything comes together like the sweetest choir you've ever heard!
- All this class has fantastic length and finishes with abundant fine grained tannins. In some ways the wine is brooding and introspective, and in other ways it's bursting with vibrance. Sophisticated and seductive now, it will only get better with age!

LTD Coonawarra Cabernet 2018
- Coonawarra Cabernet is world renowned for its exceptional quality, and this is a prime example from Luke’s Northern Coonawarra vineyard. He's upheld his long term goal of only releasing his Top Shelf Cabernet once aged to perfection for 2 years in French oak.
Softer and fruit-driven, the cellaring has been done for you. Just sit back and enjoy its rich blackberry and plum flavours with a hit of savoury spice and mint. It's a smooth sip with chalky tannins and hint of oak on the long, lingering finish.
- The value simply can't be matched elsewhere and stocks will fly once again. Make no mistake, this is one delicious drop you'll want to snaffle!

R. Paulazzo Heritage Bin S-3011 Hilltops Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Inspired by generations of Paulazzo family winemaking, Rob's much loved Heritage Bin range returns for another vintage! Keeping with tradition, each wine in the Heritage range is coded with the letter and number combination that marks the best soil locations on the vineyard. This premium Cabernet was crafted with fruit from the cool-climate Hilltops region; a true testament to Rob's expertise!
If it's not the intense flavours of blackberry and red currant that win you over, the subtle presence of mint and dark chocolate will! After being hand-harvested and aged in oak for a year, the harmony in this complex drop will have you reaching for your glass time and again.
Devastatingly, Rob was affected by the most recent bushfire season with his grapes deemed unusable for the foreseeable future. If you want to get your hands on a treasure from the Heritage Bin, you'll need to act fast. The last vintage of this vibrant red wine scored an impressive 94% Buy-It-Again rating.

Jen Pfeiffer The Rebel Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
- Sourced from three unique sites across Victoria, each leaving its regional character on the finished wine. Each vineyard was harvested at separate times to maximise the fruit flavour and vinified (fermented into wine) separately too.
- 2021 was an excellent growing season, particularly for Cabernet. Pristine fruit, skillful winemaking and 7 months in oak barrels have created a juicy red that smells of blackberries and a hint of dried herbs.
- Expect a rich, fruit-driven drop with long tannins and great flavours - another example of Jen’s winemaking prowess. Incredible value for money, it’s filled with Jen’s trademark energy and zest for life!
