Meticulous detail went into the care of the highly-prized Frankland River fruit that goes into this punchy red.
This is a classic cool climate Shiraz fermented with a few whole bunches for a little extra flavour.
It’s dark and brooding — bursting with blackberries and a tiny shake of white pepper that fills your mouth with flavour that goes on and on!
Best before
Drinking well now but will reward with careful cellaring for up to 12 years.
Serving advice
Try to allow half an hour of breathing before drinking.
