About the wine
A brand new Natural Shiraz
Ben and Naomi are back with their brand new Natural Shiraz from their own single vineyard ‘Quindalup’ in the Margaret River, (All thanks to Angel funding).
The grapes were picked, foot-crushed, hand-plunged and basket pressed to seasoned oak for 12 months for maturing and held in bottle for a further 4 months before release.
Their aim has always been to create wines that best reflect the belief of minimal outside influences on the wine. Just add grapes....

Drink now, or leave it a couple of years if you like.
Serving advice
Decant this wine at least 4 hours before drinking. As it has no acid additions, tannins, new oak and the like it will potentially be a lighter and smoother example of this variety than you are used too.

Simple. BBQ sausages, roast potatoes and salad
