Moreish Cabernet from a cracker vintage!
Meticulous detail went into the care of the highly-prized Frankland River fruit that goes into this moreish wine.
This is a gutsy cool-climate red with a splash of Merlot added to soften the Cabernet’s punch. And it’s worked a treat!
It’s out to seduce you with its blackberry, red fruit and mocha characters — like eating summer pudding in a coffee shop. Powerful, yes. Elegant? Absolutely!

Serving advice
Allow the wine to rest for a week before opening after traveling to your house especially if you live in regional areas where the wine travels a large distance in the post. Open half hour before trying to allow the wine some time to breathe. This wine is very moreish - you have been warned :-)
Food match
Local beef (tomahawk cut is a fave) on the webber with zucchini strips and garden tomatoes all on the webber. Fresh salad with drizzle olive oil.
