Serving advice
Always open our wines with good food. Wine is made to consume with food and we also suggest sharing the love around - it makes you feel better too! This wine does not need to be decanted. But it will open up in your glass. A large bowl glass is better than a smaller one as it allowes to aromatic volatiles to go in contact with more air and release into you nose as you take a whiff.

Local food match
As we head into winter i have been enjoying cooking warming foods such as risotto with mushrooms and ratatouille with the last of the summer vegetables. Both of these dishes go great with our Pinot Noir and prove that not all red wines need meat!
