Rory's Fantasy project, direct from Argentina!

    • Flying to far away Argentina on his expedition of a lifetime, Rory truly became el Cazador - the hunter. Searching high and low for the best parcels of world famous Malbec throughout the region of La Consulta, he decided to blend three different vineyard sites to create a completely unique wine. It shows off both dimensions of classic Malbec - delicate finesse, along with intense layers of fruit.
    • Each parcel of grapes was harvested separately by hand and made with minimal intervention to increase black fruit, pepper and spice aromatics while keeping the tannins light. After maturing in oak for 12 months, each and every sip is now loaded with delicious dried fruits, hints of leather and spice. The mid-palate is firm and round with good acidity, a savoury edge and a nice chocolatey aftertaste.
    • This wine speaks for itself! Thanks to your votes to win Naked Fantasy funding, Rory's dream winemaking adventure has brought an unprecedented wine to our virtual shelves. Malbec is to Argentina as Shiraz is to Australia, so don't hesitate - dive in to this exotic treat today!
