About the wine
Fresh Great Southern Savvy Blanc
- Another great white from the Great Southern WA! Picked from a site close to Rocky Gully, between Frankland River and Mount Barker, with great regional expression.
Harvested in the cool hours of early morning and transported directly to the winery. Careful winemaking and 5 months on lees (deade yeast particles) has added extra complexity. Minimal fining agents were used.
Get the glasses ready for vibrant passionfruit, lemongrass, and nectarine scents with zesty mouth-filling tropical fruit flavours and just the right twang of acid.

Best enjoyed young, but it will still have plenty of life for up to 3 years.

Serve chilled.

- Halliday awarded duo Paul Byron & Ralph Dunning have persuaded Naked Winemaker Rory Clifton-Parks to join them in the sheds – and we’re so excited!
- Hailing from WA, Rory has been making wine for 15 years now, and has long been an Angel favourite, so the collaboration was a no-brainer for Paul & Ralph.
- Between them, these legends have 80 years’ experience, covering all aspects of the Aussie wine trade. With that kind of street cred, you can bet the wines won’t disappoint.
