Communities devastated, rebuilding together – Recent bushfires tore through the communities of Victorian winemakers Nina Stocker (Two Pairs) and Sam Plunkett (Butterfly Effect, The Victorian). Farms were razed to the ground, livestock lost, homes and livelihoods forever changed. Across Strathbogie, Highlands, Whiteheads Creek, Ruffy and surrounding areas, the recovery has already begun – powered by neighbours, volunteers, and sheer determination.
An army of helpers on the ground – Friends, families, and complete strangers have rallied, moving stock, clearing debris, repairing fences, delivering hay, and keeping machinery running.
