This Adelaide Hills Chardonnay is drinking beautifully now, with its fresh citrus and stone fruit characters, balanced by subtle oak. However, it also has the structure and acidity to develop gracefully over the next 3 to 5 years.

Drink at 11-14C, to allow more complexity to be displayed in the wine.

Meet the winemaker - Randal Tomich
- Randal knows a thing or two about fine wine - his family has been growing perfect grapes and creating superb wines for three generations. He approaches each of his pristine single vineyard creations with a love and understanding of the land.
- Randal's passion and fascination with all things vinous is legendary. Recognised as a leading advocate for sustainable vineyard development both here and overseas, he’s helped plant some of the best vineyards in Australia using his unique ‘ripper’ technique (a way of getting oxygen deep into the earth).
