My Hero Blushing Bubbles is delicious when young and fresh, but can be matured in the bottle for two to three years to produce a fuller and rounder wine.
Serving advice
I recommend serving my Hero Blushing Bubbles chilled, straight from the fridge or ice bucket, between 4 and 8°C.
Food match
My Hero Blushing Bubbles is the perfect anytime, anywhere wine! It is an excellent aperitif, and is delicious with smoked salmon blinis, a charcuterie board or lemon ricotta stuffed zucchini flowers.
My Blushing Bubbles is also excellent with pan-fried ocean trout or a roasted cauliflower and couscous salad with Moroccan spice and pomegranate.
