Food: Steak. Stew. Slow-cooked beef.- This one already has form. The previous release of Art By EVOI Margaret River Malbec was a 2025 Naked Wine of the Year finalist, so we were pretty excited when winemaker Nigel Ludlow sent us another vintage. This release was submitted for our 2026 Christmas Collection, tasted by our wine team and Head of Wine, and selected as a special drop. It’s exclusive to this case right now.
- Big, juicy Margaret River goodness: The fruit comes from a stony vineyard in Willyabrup, right in the heart of Margaret River, and this wine is all about generous fruit and plenty of flavour. It was lovingly handcrafted by winemaker Nigel Ludlow and his daughter, resulting in a rich, juicy red with serious personality. And because there’s very little Malbec made in Margaret River, it’s a pretty special bottle to get your hands on.
- The kind of red you want with something slow and delicious. Let it breathe for a few minutes, then get stuck into a hearty stew, slow-cooked beef or a big juicy steak. It’s drinking beautifully now, but you can happily tuck it away for up to five years if you have the patience.
