- Mark is back and better than ever with this new vintage of his popular Sauvignon Blanc. He's brought it to Angels just in time to enjoy with friends and family & help bring in the hot summer.
- The fruit from this wine is completely organic, allowing the wine to fully express the Marlborough's natural characteristics.
- The palate shows gorgeous tropical, passionfruit and guava notes. It was rested on lees to give luscious body and richness with a juicy lime acidic finish.

Drink now tor until 2018.

Serve chilled at 8-10°C.
Food match
Try pleasing the crowd with a pairing of garlic prawns or lightly grilled Sea Bass with olive oil. This wine is also perfect on a sunny afternoon on it's own!
