It is a light skinned grape that has the ability to produce wines with firm acidity and good flavour. So, start the long summer nights with this treat from Adrian & Rebecca. They know how to party and have crafted this with summer lovin' in mind!
Best before
2-4 years will see it develop some golden, slightly honeyed aged characteristics with added complexity - reminiscent of an aged Riesling. OR, drink it young and fresh.

Food match
Traditional Sardinian food is the best pairing to this wine. One of our fav matches is Seafood Fregola. Fregola (which means breadcrumbs) is a typical Sardinian pasta made of semolina and rolled into small balls, served with (must be fresh) clams, prawns, calamari and some saffron broth and a loaf of warm, crunchy bread. Another delicious option is fresh Octopus salad (mmmmmm), served with boiled potatoes, celery and dressed with garlic, parsley, olive oil and lemon. YUMM!!

- Their talent shone through right from the start and we snapped them up as our first Naked winemakers back in 2012. This dynamic duo are among our most popular winemakers, adored by thousands of wine-drinkers who love their European approach to the grape.
- Since those early days, the talented pair have gone from strength to strength, fuelled by their admiring Angels and a passion for crafting sensational wines. Over the first 10 years of being Naked, they scooped up 13 trophies, 55 gold medals and countless silver and bronze. And they show no signs of stopping!
