Medium-bodied and European in style, get ready for a beautifully balanced, elegant, savoury and densely fruity drop. It’s bursting with blackcurrants, plum, mint and sage leaf, wrapped in silky tannins.

This is your chance to try a premium multi-regional red we wouldn’t have got hold of under normal circumstances. It’s drinking beautifully now but will easily cellar for 8 years or more.

While delicious now, this wine has a long life ahead of it and can be cellared for 8-10 years.
Serving advice
If you don't have a decanter, uncap the bottle and let it stand for about an hour. You'll get so much more out of it! A good swirl in the glass before tasting will also help.

Meet the winemaker - Ralph, Paul & Rory The Companions
- Halliday awarded duo Paul Byron & Ralph Dunning have persuaded Naked Winemaker Rory Clifton-Parks to join them in the sheds – and we’re so excited!
- Hailing from WA, Rory has been making wine for 15 years now, and has long been an Angel favourite, so the collaboration was a no-brainer for Paul & Ralph.
- Between them, these legends have 80 years’ experience, covering all aspects of the Aussie wine trade. With that kind of street cred, you can bet the wines won’t disappoint.
