How does the pre-order work?
It’s simple: Order now, take the stress out of wine shopping for Christmas, then enjoy them on the big day with friends and family!
Step 1: Reserve your case above. (They’re likely to be snapped up right away!)
Step 2: Checkout in the usual way. (If you don’t complete this step, we can’t reserve the pack for you.) You’ll pay just $50 now, then the remaining balance when it ships at the end of October — a great way to spread the cost.
Step 3: Sit back and relax! We’ll email you in October, just before we send it out, and deduct the balance of the case (plus any delivery fees) from your account/registered card. If you change your mind before then, we’ll refund the $50 to your Naked account.
When will my wine be shipped?
Your wines will be winging their way to you early November. We'll be in touch closer to the time to let you know exactly when.
What if I don't like any of the wines?
As always, every single bottle in our Christmas collections is backed by our 100% Hassle Free Guarantee, meaning if you don’t love every sip, we’ll give you credit to find something else. Just another perk of being Naked!
Can I cancel my pre-order?
No problem! Just get in touch with our team by calling 1300 898 677 or email chat@nakedwines.com.au and they will sort everything out for you. You have until October 30th to cancel your pre-order.
When will the wines be revealed?
To prevent us all from getting on the naughty list, we're keeping what's inside our Christmas cases under wraps for now!
But we can tell you they’re shaping up to be absolute crackers - crammed with lots of delicious wines, plenty of festive sparkle, free gifts, and more Christmas spirit than you can shake a candy cane at.
We'll send you an email closer to the time in late October to reveal all of the goodies in the case.
