About the wine
A non-alc sparkling that still feels like a celebration
Zero alcohol: full flavour: A crafted wine alternative made from 50-year-old Barossa Semillon and Riesling verjus, blended with Adelaide Hills spring water, chamomile and a pinch of Murray River salt.
Vibrant, fresh and lightly sweet: Expect lemon, chamomile and stone fruit aromas, citrus on the palate and a savoury chamomile finish. Serve ice-cold; add sparkling water if you like it drier.
A delicious non-alc festive option: Ideal for pacing yourself, hosting responsibly or going booze-free. Pairs beautifully with spicy Asian dishes and seafood, and doubles as a great mixer with white spirits.
Best before
This non-alcoholic Sparkling is the first I have made, so to be honest, I'm not sure how it is going to age. It has been in bottle for a while now and has not changed much at all, so I would suggest that it could age for 2-3 years in bottle. But for me, these are not really things that you should be thinking about cellaring, they are about drinking, so buy them and drink them when the opportunity arrises!
Serving advice
Chill it down as you would any white or sparkling wine and serve cold. If you find it too sweet, add some more sparkling water until the balance is right for you.
Food match
With the sweetness in this sparkling, it lends itself to spice. Think Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese food.
It also works really well with seafood, particularly oysters, scallops and prawns.

Meet the winemaker - Josh Pfeiffer
- When the pandemic left Josh’s family wines in need of new homes, Angels came to the rescue and scooped them up. His brush with Naked freedom was enough to make him want to stay, and it was a special day when Angels welcomed him to the family for good!
