A HUGE Angel favourite since 2012, the last vintage scored an impressive 94%, and Angels snap it up in droves. On the palate, expect crisp, refreshing lemon-lime and passionfruit notes that linger beautifully.
At under $10 for Angels, this stunning, returning favourite won’t stick around for long – definitely grab a few for your next Naked order.
Best before
My Rebel Riesling is delicious drinking now, and it will develop beautiful lemon butter, toasty characters if carefully cellared through to 2031.
Serving advice
I recommend serving my 2025 Rebel Riesling with a light chill (say 8-10oC) on a cooler evening, and straight out of the fridge or ice bucket (around 4oC) when the weather is hot!
Food match
My Rebel Riesling is very food friendly and is always a winner with seafood; or any dish from across Asia. Try it with Thai sweetcorn fritters, barbequed prawns with lemon and garlic, pan-fried fish fillets or a vegetable curry (Thai or Indian).
My Rebel Riesling is also wonderful as an aperitif.
