Serving advice
I recommend opening my Rebel Merlot for 1-2 hours prior to serving, and decanting if possible.
Ideal serving temperature is 16-18°C in winter, but don’t be afraid to chill slightly to 10-12°C during
the heat of the summer.

My Rebel Merlot is very versatile in the kitchen, loving most savoury foods. Try it garlic mushroom
pork chops, pasta e ceci or grilled tuna steaks.

Meet the winemaker - Jen Pfeiffer
