My Hero Pinot Grigio is so fresh and vibrant now, it is the perfect crisp white if thatÂ’s your thing. However, it will drink beautifully over the next 5 years to 2030, becoming softer and fuller over time.
Serving advice
I recommend opening this wine straight from the fridge in the warmer months, and just letting it warm up a little to around 8-10˚C in the cooler months.

My Hero Pinot Grigio is very versatile, being a great partner to most vegetarian, seafood and white meat dishes.
ItÂ’s fabulous with fresh burrata and pesto, sweetcorn and prawn risotto or an asparagus and feta tart.
