Delicious lighter-style red from ancient vines
- A lighter-style red, hand-picked from century old bush vines on the Kelly’s Clare Valley vineyard, delicately processed and left in old French barrels for 9 months to mature.
- This is a gloriously flavoursome wine with body, texture and fantastic length of flavour. It’s awash with juicy dark berry fruits and cherries, and hints of liquorice and black pepper.
- A wine from vines as old as this is such a rare treat. And at this price it’s an absolute steal.
Best before
Delicious now but will soften over 3-5 years - any longer is ok but you will lose the fruit, whiuch we persoanlly love.

Easy - drink now or save for later as above.
Food match
Grenache is a great food wine and coming into winter is a great match to game and meats, but just as delicious with a hearty tomato sauce pasta dish, casseroles and a thick vegetable soup with crusty bread.
