Market Price
Angels save money compared to Market Price...
Our market price is what you’d actually have to pay for this wine at an old-fashioned retail store.
It’s based on the price of similarly rated benchmark bottles on the market.
We test these market prices every vintage with blind tasting panels, to make sure they’re honest and accurate.
If you buy one of our wines and disagree with the Angel Price, we’ll add a credit to your account.

About the spirit
South American spirit, the South Australian way
-
New to pisco? Typically produced in the winemaking regions of Peru and Chile, pisco has been given the Aussie treatment by way of Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grown in McLaren Vale.
-
Jock’s award-winning creativity shines in his first foray into pisco. This spirit has been crafted with a single, careful distillation with tight cuts to preserve fruit purity and showcase pure floral aromatics.
- The process of harvest to bottling takes several months, including resting time - an important period to allow the flavours to meld, stabilise and soften.
Best before
Boasts a decent shelf life after opening, but we doubt it'll linger in your liquor cabinet for too long.
Serving advice
Enjoy over ice or shake up two parts pisco with one part lime juice, half-part sugar syrup and egg white - a classic Pisco Sour.
Food match
Seafood like grilled prawns, and other light citrus-driven seafood dishes.
Contains sulphites
