Angels save money compared to Market Price...
Our market price is what you’d actually have to pay for this wine at an old-fashioned retail store.
It’s based on the price of similarly rated benchmark bottles on the market.
We test these market prices every vintage with blind tasting panels, to make sure they’re honest and accurate.
If you buy one of our wines and disagree with the Angel Price, we’ll give you your money back.

About the wine
Crisp, sophisticated WA Chardonnay
Fruit from the Margaret River and Great Southern vineyards of WA are the secret to this refreshing Chardonnay. Skillful blending of the best of the two regions has created a complex yet balanced wine in a modern style.
The grapes were picked during the cool night to help lock in the juicy fruit flavours. It’s been fermented and matured in French oak but held back from malolactic fermentation so it’s zippy rather than buttery.
Grab yourself a glass of its tropical and stone fruit vibe with a hint of almond on toast. It’s crisp, elegant and long-lasting on the tongue, if not in your glass!
Best before
This wine will cellar well for up to 3 years, although with the right conditions it could cellar for up to 5 years.
Serving advice
Our best advice would be to remove this chardonnay from the fridge 5-10 minutes before you want to drink it, allowing it to come up in temperature just slightly. It will open up the wine beautifully.
Food match
Pairs beautifully with a roasted chicken salad with peaches and macadamia nuts, or a spring vegetable risotto.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Paul Byron and Ralph Dunning
-
These guys prove there’s no substitute for experience. They have simply been there and done it with some of the most admired wineries in the land.
-
Paul and Ralph have a combined 65 years experience advancing other peoples' wine endeavours (and helping make those same people, ahhh, very rich along the way). Then they had their light bulb moment - it was time to break out and go it alone!
-
Theirs is a skilled partnership that covers every aspect of the Australian wine trade: winemaking, marketing, management and administration. Yep, esteemed wine critics and wine drinkers have been sitting up and taking serious notice ever since they stepped out on their own. And, with such hard earned knowledge under their belts you’d be crazy not to!
