About this case
- Hand-crafting this Top Shelf Pinot Noir was a labour of love for Adrian and Rebecca. Their care and attention to the winemaking process has brought out the unique regional characters of this famously delicate grape.
- To create this elegant wine, premium fruit was wild fermented in open pots and left peacefully in French oak for 9 months to mature. The result is a sophisticated, medium-bodied red with gentle tannins. Think wild strawberries with hints of sweet spice and herbs.
